Quick answers
How do I turn on the daily reminder?
After your first little joy, the iPhone and Android apps offer a daily reminder at 6:00 PM. Tap to turn it on and allow notifications when your phone asks. You can also open Account and choose Daily reminder to change the time or turn it off.
How do I save or download a Journal image?
Open a saved Journal page and choose Share image. On iPhone or Android, use the system share menu to save or share the image. On the website, the image downloads when file sharing is not available.
Why can’t someone open my virtual gift?
Ask them to open the complete gift link in Safari or another browser. Gift links expire after 90 days. Gifts are virtual and do not represent a physical shipment.
Do I need an account?
No. Browsing, customizing, and opening gifts work without an account. Signing in is optional and is used to restore your Journal on another device.
How do I delete my Journal data?
You can delete an individual page inside Journal. If you used Sign in with Apple, open the account panel and choose Delete account and synced Journal to revoke authorization and remove the account and all synced pages.
Is anything actually purchased or delivered?
Not in the current version. Today’s treats, bag, gifts, prices, and delivery animation are virtual, and Something Nice does not collect payment. Future sponsored or partner products may include a clearly labeled, optional way to buy from that partner; any real purchase would be separate from the virtual experience.
